OLP Construction was formed by owner Tim Johnston in 2011, with the vision of helping business owners and clients excel through the construction process with excellent communication, planning, support, and completion. It was essentially his goal to help his clients, “Build Their Legacy.”
Tim has always been a natural leader in the field and in the office; and wanted to develop a team full of professionals, who have as much to offer his clients as he does. With over two decades of experience himself and the decades of experience from his staff; there is an immense amount of technical expertise, knowledge in construction management, project management, and solutions management that can be provided.
OLP Construction started with construction management services for a few select clients and grew into a full service commercial general contracting, construction management, pre-construction, and owner representation service business. A business which does projects in both the private and public sectors; providing a scope of work ranging from tenant improvements to large commercial new build projects, spanning across the United States.
And now, it is OLP’s mission to provide the best General Contracting Services in the Midwest. As a team, OLP Construction will do whatever it takes to make sure their customers tailored needs are met, that all business associates are satisfied, and that the project is beyond successful.
